entrepreneur, advocate, and philanthropist, Cynthia Guerra has been a voice for all communities for awareness of mental wellness and prevention of substance abuse. She has more than seven years of experience and certifications when it comes down to both mental health or substance abuse education and awareness.
Cynthia’s motivation to create Stay Kind to minds, was to give back to the communities she has grown to love due to her experience of advocating and prevention. Together, We can ensure that all man kind gets on the right path, to destigmatize mental health, and reduce the stigma in substance abuse.

Stay kind to Minds mission is to strengthen our communities by proactively promoting mental wellness and prevent substance misuse through comprehensive education, advocacy, accessible support systems, and stigma-reducing initiatives, and resilience.

Our Services
Youth
SKTM hosts presentations at the schools for prevention and awareness of both mental wellness and substance prevention. SKTM hosts a youth group consisting of middle to high school students with the mission of preventing substance usage and promoting mental health awareness to their community. We provide Community Hours and Scholarship opportunities.
Adults
Individuals recovering from substance usage qualify to receive classes to help align them to the direction they are intending to take for their life path. In addition, SKTM provides sessions with individual by Case manager constructing a Recovery Plan made specifically to client’s goals. Counseling sessions are offered as well by LPHAs.
KInd Kits
SKTM provides Narcan, Fentanyl tests strips, and more to secure our communities safety.
